Join us for vinyasa flow in nature under the outside pavilion at Sandy River Outdoor Adventures. Classes focus on mindfulness and matching movement with breathing. As you flow through sequences, you'll be able to enjoy the sounds of nature and enjoy the breeze as you move through the practice. Yoga instructors are versed in a variety of yoga styles and practices and are ready to teach everyone from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. All ages and experience levels are encouraged to join, although we do ask that children under 12 are accompanied by an adult.
Classes become unavailable in the fall and winter months due to cold weather.
